I'm a Management and Leadership Development Specialist, helping managers at all levels become highly effective at achieving results with their teams and individual contributors.

 

Besides holding a BSc in Applied Psychology and International Business, I am accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) in the field of occupational testing and personality assessment, and am qualified in the use of psychometric tools such as JTI, DiSC, HBDI and 16PF. I'm also a certified NLP practitioner as well as a certified VUCA facilitator.

 

Having spent 15 years in a corporate environment, I began my career as a skills trainer for one of the ‘Big 4’ Market Research organisations. I then moved on to work as a Management Developer for a global US bank, as Director, Training & Development (EMEA) for a real estate investment firm, and finally as Head of Global L&D for a well known investment management firm, before founding SHiNE4.
