DESIGN & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Design options: this programme can be designed to suit senior managers from diverse parts of the organisation, or it can be modified to work for an intact leadership team operating as one unit.
Programme lengths are typically 2 to 4 days - delivered consecutively, or in a series of 'bite-sized' half-day modules, spread over a given amount of time (typically 4 to 8 weeks).
